Enterprise Mobility Developer I/II (Energy/IT)

 

We are seeking an Enterprise Mobility Developer who is excited to design and deliver innovative mobile solutions that support the future of energy. In this role, you’ll work across the full mobile technology stack from user experience and interface design to integrations, cloud, and backend systems while leveraging Agile and DevOps practices to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable applications.

 

What your day would be like:
You are responsible for:

  • Designing, building, and maintaining mobile applications across Android, iOS, and Windows environments.
  • Using your skills in mobile programming languages (C#, Java, Objective-C), frameworks (Xamarin, React Native), and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Developing and supporting enterprise applications that integrate with databases (Azure SQL, Oracle, Microsoft SQL) and APIs.
  • Applying Agile software development and DevOps practices, including Azure DevOps, to manage code, testing, and releases.
  • Driving the entire software development lifecycle, from concept and design through testing, automated test coverage, deployment, and ongoing support.
  • Focusing on performance, reliability, and user experience (UX/UI) to create seamless, intuitive mobile solutions.
  • Collaborating with IT, business, and energy operations teams to ensure mobile applications meet enterprise goals.

Minimum Requirements

Enterprise Mobility Developer I (Energy/IT)

  • Bachelors' degree in Information Technology or related field
  • PLUS (one) 1 year of prior relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and directly related experience.
  • Requires basic technical subject matter knowledge within a job area or system

Enterprise Mobility Developer I/II (Energy/IT)

  • Bachelors' degree in Information Technology or related field
  • PLUS two (2) years of prior relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and directly related experience
  • OR (for positions in IT Digital Solutions Delivery) an advanced degree in Data Science, Data/Quantitative/Business Analytics or Economics, Mathematics or Engineering with a focus in Data Science is required.
  • Requires basic technical subject matter knowledge within a job area or system

 

Major Accountabilities

1) Supports the design, development, modification, and/or configuration support of applications and programs
2) Fixes applications to meet functional and technical designs following best practices and development standards and guidelines
3) Analyzes, debugs, and resolves defects in applications
4) Supports production systems, analyzes and resolves production problems in a timely manner; resolves end user service requests as assigned
5) Completes unit test application changes to ensure quality of work; tests new features, enhancements, and defect fixes 
6) Assists with technical solutions in new implementations

7) Complete minor product enhancements and development of reports
