IT Solutions Engineer / Analyst II / III | Digital Experience
We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative RPA Engineer with expertise in Automation Anywhere and emerging Agentic AI technologies to join our forward-thinking automation team. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical proficiency with a passion for AI-driven transformation, playing a key role in building the next generation of digital workforce solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere A360 and Microsoft Power Automate.
- Integrate Agentic AI capabilities into RPA workflows, enabling intelligent decision-making, reasoning, and orchestration.
- Leverage Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and conversational agents to build context-aware automation solutions.
- Utilize MCP (Model Context Protocol) to ensure seamless integration of AI agents with external APIs, databases, and services.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies, audit controls, and governance frameworks, especially within regulated utility environments.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, business analysts, and engineering teams to align automation initiatives with enterprise goals.
What You Bring
- Hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere A360 and familiarity with Power Automate.
- Exposure to agentic AI systems or frameworks and their real-world automation use cases.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work in Agile environments.
- A passion for innovation and building intelligent, scalable automation solutions.
- Preferred: Automation Anywhere Professional or Master Certification.
Minimum Requirements

- Bachelors' degree in Information Technology or related field
- AND two (2) years of prior relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and directly related experience
- OR (for positions in IT Digital Solutions Delivery) an advanced degree in Data Science, Data/Quantitative/Business Analytics or Economics, Mathematics or Engineering with a focus in Data Science is required.
- Requires basic technical subject matter knowledge within a job area or system

- Bachelors' degree in Information Technology or related field
- AND five (5) years of prior relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and directly related experience
- OR (for positions in IT Digital Solutions Delivery) an advanced degree in Data Science, Data/Quantitative/Business Analytics or Economics, Mathematics or Engineering with a focus in Data Science is required.
- Requires technical subject matter knowledge within a job area or system
Preferred Special Skills, Knowledge or Qualifications
- Knowledge of programming languages; database management systems; development platforms
- Skills in understanding and explaining moderately technical issues and solutions in non-technical terms; working effectively in teams and across organizations; balancing and prioritizing between multiple work streams; collaborating with colleagues and teams in different fields across a diverse organization; solving moderate problems in own area of work
Major Accountabilities
1) Develops/configures new applications to meet functional and technical designs
2) Fixes and develops changes to applications to meet functional and technical designs following best practices and development standards and guidelines
3) Engages with business analysts and stakeholders to understand functional requirements and contributes to completion of functional specifications
4) Prepares technical documentation on application specifications
5) Creates deliverables according to the SDLC, such as functional and technical specifications, use cases, test cases, and system documentation
6) Analyzes and resolves development issues in a timely manner
7) Conducts analysis of codes and develops/ deploys defect fixes in engineering processes
8) Proactively assists internal clients with technical issues related to solution implementation

Home Based: Home based employees primarily work from their home offices and come into an APS facility on an as-needed basis.
