As an IT Solutions Engineer / Analyst III / Senior, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring reliable, secure, and high-performing systems that support our enterprise. This position bridges next-generation technologies such as cloud engineering and mobile applications with the proven expertise required to deliver mission-critical IT solutions.
What your day would be like:
You are responsible for:
- Microsoft Exchange Administration: Oversee and optimize hybrid Exchange environments, ensuring seamless mail flow, certificate management, and security compliance.
- System Performance & Reliability: Deliver and maintain both software and hardware product performance across enterprise applications.
- Lifecycle Management: Drive products from design completion to production release, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and system-level issues to maintain high availability.
- Cloud & Mobile Integration: Support next-generation IT solutions that include cloud-based platforms and mobile technologies.
- Collaboration & Security: Partner with IT and business teams to support secure, integrated, and scalable services across the enterprise.
Who we’re looking for
- Exchange Expertise: Strong background in Microsoft Exchange (on-prem and cloud) administration, PowerShell scripting, and integrations with enterprise-grade security and mail routing tools.

Minimum Requirements
IT Solutions Engineer / Analyst III
- Bachelors' degree in Information Technology or related field
- PLUS five (5) years of prior relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and directly related experience.
- Requires strong technical knowledge within a job area or system and basic knowledge across related technical areas
IT Solutions Engineer / Analyst Senior
- Bachelors' degree in Information Technology or related field
- PLUS seven (7) years of prior relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and directly related experience.
- Requires advanced in-depth level of technical knowledge within a job area and working knowledge of other technical areas
Preferred Special Skills, Knowledge or Qualifications - Knowledge of multiple programming languages, database management systems and development platforms
- Skills in understanding and explaining highly technical issues and solutions in non-technical terms; working effectively in teams and across organizations; balancing and prioritizing between multiple work streams; collaborating with colleagues and teams in different fields across a diverse organization; solving advanced complex problems in own area of work
Major Accountabilities
1) Designs, develops, troubleshoots, and debugs software programs for enhancements and new products and/or in support of design, infrastructure and technology platforms
2) Analyzes and assists with creating reusable and enterprise-level modules/applications
3) Conducts performance reviews and recommends improvements to existing codes
4) Reviews and recommends equipment, resources and software
5) Recommends changes in development, maintenance and system standards.
6) Trains users in conversion and implementation of system
7) Conduct integration system testing and evaluations
8) Leads the design, development and implementation of new solutions

Home Based: Home based employees primarily work from their home offices and come into an APS facility on an as-needed basis.
*Employees are expected to reside in Arizona (or New Mexico for Four Corners-based employees).
