Summary

Program Coordinator | Customer to Grid Solutions - Increase the efficiency of the renewable program administration in helping implement a proactive incentive management process which delivers a positive customer experience and balances the needs and regulatory requirements of the company.

You are responsible for:

  • Assist the Analyst and Program Managers by handling smaller accounts and program participants in helping them reach their program/project goals.
  • Work to support program incentive administration to coordinate alternative energy and customer segment oriented programs.

Minimum Requirements

  • Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • PLUS one (1) years' experience in related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Special Skills, Knowledge or Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of project management.
  • Considerable knowledge in a specialized department function including department practices, programs, plans and policies.
  • Working knowledge of computer systems design and applications related to department support.
  • Working knowledge of queries and report creation utilizing various systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and formulate conclusions, reports, trends and/or recommendations.
  • Ability to present ideas in an effective manner, orally and in writing.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of employees and the general public.
  • Knowledgeable in CCB, Rates, ESRM, Excel and Interconnect Requirements.

Major Accountabilities

1) Process DER applications within established timelines. Interact with customers (internal/external) on a regular basis making decisions regarding customer applications.

2) Monitor & respond to dashboard reports to address issues to keep within program guidelines and explain variances. Evaluate and interpret reporting.

3) Compile summary analytics of customer contact/activity to evaluate issues and opportunities associated with program. Recommend project improvement methods, and improvements to project and program management practices. Explain rational for recommendations and contribute to plan of action.

4) Review electrical drawings to determine if they meet interconnect requirements.

5) Assign appropriate rates and send appropriate field orders.
