Summary
The Revenue Ops Analyst Sr is a subject matter expert that provides overall support to the Revenue Operations business unit to ensure the proper and effective functioning and focuses on the day-to-day operations. Conducts or directs team in complex technical, financial, and/or operational work to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient customer bills, account management and payment reconciliation.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related degree
- Four (4) years’ experience of credit collections or billing experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience totaling eight (8) years of credit collections, customer service, or billing experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong analytical ability and demonstrated initiative
- Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- Proficient in Microsoft operating systems and applications, Customer Care & Billing (CC&B), and specific departmental hardware and software applications.
- Knowledge and experience in Revenue Operations (Billing, Back Office support, Credit & Collections)
- Understanding of ACC Schedules and Tariffs specific to Revenue Operations
- Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
Major Accountabilities
1) Consult, evaluate, manage team’s workload assignment and assist in implementing projects to ensure business improvement opportunities are successful through communication, collaboration, business acumen, training, and support.
2) Provides back up support for leadership team and ensures quality and volume remain at targeted levels, leads team huddles and training exercises to ensure strong work quality.
3) Provides input on strategic and policy decisions that improves operational performance and benefits the team and/or the customer.
4) Perform routine quality review assessments, audits, and automated solutions and provide feedback to team members for continued improvement
5) Ensure all communication is timely, accurate and concise. Liaison to all key vendors, internal departments, associates, and peers.
6) Provides system administration, business/financial analysis, research and reports performance results. Assists internal or external audits and special projects.
7) Facilitates training and development processes, conducts quality assurance on applicable department employees, system automation. Reports quality metrics to management.
8) Completes and/or participates in operational reporting such as internal and external audits, KPI metrics, operational monitoring. Formulates, defines, and documents business processes, project scope and objectives, benchmarking and/or fact finding.
